ALaska AIRLINES Care Retreat
In 2021, Alaska Airlines recognized the need to show appreciation to their employees following the impact of the global pandemic.
With the uncertainty and stress experienced by front-line staff during this time, Alaska Airlines wanted a custom space for training programs where their employees could also relax, take care of themselves, and feel appreciated.
BeCore hired ImagiCorps to execute the creative services and support required for this project. Starting at the beginning with visualization of the event space, our team provided 3D renderings so the client could see the finished result before fabrication started.
Our engineering team then translated those design concepts into technical drawings for our fabricators. We built custom food and beverage carts, a headphone display wall, and a “Share the Care” wall where guests could place supportive messages.
The interior and exterior of a building in Seattle’s SODA district were transformed by our team where we managed wall demolition, repainting, flooring updates, electrical updates, custom LED lighting, AV integration, and final installation of event elements.
We printed various large format graphics and installed them throughout the environment. From floor to ceiling, the entire space was completed with the event’s branding colors and graphic designs.
Ongoing event support for this on-site experience was delivered by our team, and when the Alaska Care program concluded, we provided dismantling services.
From 2021-2023, the Alaska Airlines Care Retreat made a lasting impact on their employees by providing an opportunity for their staff to recharge through engaging training events.
ImagiCorps provided services in strategy, project management, construction management, conceptual design, graphic design, engineering, printing, fabrication, installation, and dismantling as well as returning the entire building to its pre-leased condition at lease end.
